Lots of inspiration!

Hello, here is our little stall at Magnolia Square, I was so not happy with our set up! I am thinking very hard about how I will display things next time, it's all trial and error I suppose!
There were so many inspirational stalls to look at and lovely people offering us advice and ideas, so we can only improve! Here is one of my favourite stalls Kate was lovely too! I do have lots more to share, have a lovely Monday! Leah

Don't be too hard on yourself. It was pretty nice! Surely I need to get some inspirations too. How did it go by the way? Hope it was a successful one.

I was in the display business for over twenty years - It is really hard to do a great job with smaller items. Keep working with it till it feels right, you are right it really is trial and error.

I hope you don't mind but I "tagged" you. You can read about it on my blog www.joywhitellc.blogspot.com. If you want to participate that would be great but if not, I understand, it's fun but also a bit of blog space intrusion.

Your stall is so colourful- I'm sure it attracted plenty of attention.
My guess is you would have spent a lot of the day straightening the table as people would riffle through them all to get to the ones at the back (having done a couple of bric-a-brac market stalls with everything stacked on tables!!)
Perhaps you could put less on the table and have some visible but out of reach in shelves behind.
"Ooh, I like this, and I see you have it back there in orange" type of thing. It would reduce handling too and the risk of the softies getting grimy. Just a suggestion, of course. :-)

I looked onto your stall for the full 3 days at Magnolia Square and I thought it looked FABULOUS! I had no idea you were not happy with it - I was comparing mine to yours wishing mine was as cosy and colourful as yours! It was great to meet you, best wishes with your gorgeous chenille creations.

Hi Leah - I am SO suprised that you would be not happy with your stand...was so cute, cosy and inviting - like a big yummy kids bed. I also discovered so may other people were "self-critical" on their stands in some way - so it turns out it is natural to feel that way (thank goodness!!!). It was lovely to meet you and your husband and thank you so much for your lovely comments .... Kate xx
