Win a purse!

Hello, this is a "practice purse" and I'm giving it away! I do plan to make many more and hopefully practice will make perfect! I will draw a random winner in 2 weeks (Sunday 13th of September). Just leave a comment after this post re how much you would pay for this purse at a craft market, it measures 4.5" x 5.5". For an extra entry, blog about this little giveaway and then post a second comment. Do you like my new labels? Thanks so much for dropping in! Leah

I'd pay up to 30 dollars I think! I'm not sure if that covers your cost, time and labour but based on the photo, I'd say 30 dollars.

However, if I see it in person and really fall in love with it (and that won't be hard, it's so cute!) I'd most likely be willing to go higher. =)

Hi Leah! Love the material, and your new lables :)
I have had my purses at markets for $12 to $15 depending on the size, but I have seen them marked up in a retail store for $22. I have no idea if I have them too cheap but I just based the cost on the labour & materials, plus I had a look at other sellers. Hope this helps!

Hi Leah,
I love the new labels. Yor new purse looks great. Things like that are so hard to put a price on aren't they.

I think at a craft market I would expect to pay between $20 and $25 for it. After all, it is fashionable and cute and vintage!

Hi Leah, Your stuff really is cute. For a cute little purse like this I think $15-$25 is a reasonable price at a market to pay. Hope this is helpful! Keep up the great work :-)

Cute fabric! I would probably pay $10-$15 for the purse. Need to convert from imperial to metric (which I'm trying to do in my head and failing miserably) to get a better idea of the dimensions.

Hope that helps and look forward to seeing your new line!

this is a change purse/wristy size it sounds like, and of course it would depend on how/if it's lined, and workmanship. the fabric is VERY cute. around here, that would be 5 to 10 dollars, 15 tops.

ADORABLE! I would purchase perhaps a dozen (for starters) in assorted fabrics to sell in my store in the US (state of ALABAMA) in my market area the retail would be about $16.50 and I'd watch sales to see if that would need to be tweaked a bit. Are you interested in wholesaling them to me? I am ready to buy! and I want more of your items!! They will do great in my market area! I have two stores and about to launch an online boutique - let's chat!
I think you've been to my site, (it'll be reworked soon) but visit again and let's get your beautiful pieces out there/here! www.dadornments.com

thank you! Oh, I'd love to WIN this one!!

But because it has a little cat on it I'd pay $20.
lol!

It is a very cute little change purse. I think it would be nice to tuck inside of my larger purse to hange onto some of those little things. I'm not sure how much, but I am in US, so how does the $ compare?

I believe a fair price would be $10.00

I ABSOLUTELY adore that fabric! How cute! I would pay between $10-$15 for a purse that size. I think $12 might be the perfect price point for an "impulse" bag buy (I have so many little purses, but for $12 I could always find room for one more).

Thanks for the chance! Hope you'll stop over and enter my giveaway, too:

I think it depends on how much the fabric and production costs are. I'd pay about $10-15. You'd want to keep it relatively inexpensive and make up for it in volume. :)
