I have just stumbled on to your blog. I can't wait to go back and search older posts. I don't think I could find a nicer antidote to the despair and general malaise everyone here in NZ is feeling after hearing and seeing terrible earthquake images from Christchurch. I just needed to see something to lift my spirits and found this. I usually look forward to autumn and winter fires. Not the rain though I'm afraid and we do get our fair share of that. I can see I will be a frequent visitor to get me through the dark days. Brisk walks in autumn just what the doctor would order though! I will be back.
